Leaders Link Up Programme
At The 4Front Project, I led the design and delivery of the Leaders Link Up Programme, a youth leadership and creative development initiative delivered in two series for 4Front members. The programme was created to inspire and support young people as a connected community of leaders, using skills-building, creative arts, education, and collective care practices. The programme supported members to amplify their lived experiences and voices on the issues shaping their lives and communities.
Across both series, I worked collaboratively with staff and guest facilitators to create a fun, interactive, and creative learning experience. The programme combined whole-group workshops with smaller project-based sessions, offering structured space for self-care, reflection, and creative exploration. The programme was delivered over three days at Jahiem’s Justice Centre, making use of studio spaces, camera equipment and creative art resources to support different learning styles and creative pathways. Members were supported to explore leadership, social action, and key concepts such as gentrification, storytelling, and activist arts, while beginning to see themselves as part of a wider movement for change.
